Dona Paterna XO (vínica)
Aguardente Dona Paterna XO brandy is wine brandy, which results from the distillation of wines from the Alvarinho variety, and with the care that such an operation requires. Like Dona Paterna Velhíssima brandy, Dona Paterna XO also ages in oak casks of different origins for several years.
It has a topaz colour, with a characteriristic aroma of wood, given its aging in wooden barrels, complex and with a soft, structured and unctuous flavours. The ex-libris of Dona Paterna in this segment.
