Dona Paterna Bagaceira Velhíssima
Aguardente Dona Paterna Bagaceira Velhíssima is born solely from the pomace of Alvarinho grape variety.
Combining art and know-how, it ages in oak casks, of diferent origins, for several years, which allows it to present a topaz colour and a richer, intense and complex aroma. Thus is born a brandy with character, richness and complexity, very characterised of Alvarinho variety that gives rise to it.
