Dona Paterna Bagaceira
Dona Paterna Bagaceira is obtained exclusively from the pomace of the Alvarinho variety, which is the origin of the Dona Paterna Alvarinho wines. After a careful process of traditional distillation, followed by a correction suitable for the quality of the final product, we are presented with a marc “brandy” with the character, richness and complexity of the Alvarinho variety from which it originated.
