Admittedly na allied wine for summer festivities, Rosé Dona Paterna is based on the queen grape variety of the sub-region where it is produced, Alvarinho, as well as Vinhão. The natural conditions of this sub-region, Monção and Melgaço, make it a balanced and exceptional nectar.

«Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood or fish dishes, this rosé, which should be served well chilled- between 8-10ºC, is a wine to taste, without haste, in moments of conviviality and parties.», says the producer, Carlos Codesso.
